Course Description
* Tribal Gaming Operations and facilities many times rely too heavily upon the assumption that slot machines will, if left alone maximize their own profitability for the house. However, in today’s gaming environment, which has heavily competing interests though-out Indian Country-not to mention Las Vegas, Reno and Atlantic City, it becomes imperative that tribal gaming operations understand the importance of the slot machine performance index and analysis; *MONTANA & ASSOCIATES has a deep imbedded background in the operation of Indian gaming operations, and for many years has watched numerous tribal gaming operations struggle with their potential, but unable to realize the extreme profits that are available to their facility and the tribe, by and through good management practices relating to analysis of slot machine performances; * This course is designed for the middle and upper management, as well as gaming commission members and tribal officials in an effort to educate the tribe(s) regarding the importance of a daily analysis of the slot floor performance index. This process if utilized correctly, will allow for the maximum optimal profits and thus, increase the tribal profitability and success in the gaming arena.
