Course Description
Work Place Law confronts issues in each and every area of tribal concern, including government operations and gaming enterprises. A thorough understanding of work place legal doctrines will assist all directors of tribal governments and gaming executives with daily employee issues they confront.
This course will cover family and medical leave, sexual harassment, age gender, and religious discrimination, unions, workers compensation, drug testing, disability issues, pension plans, affirmative action, employee with AIDS, dress codes, minimum wage and overtime.
