* Ensuring that the financial integrity of your particular gaming operations require the protection and promotion of the “”fair and honest gaming”” doctrine in all areas of the facility. In addition, responsibilities of gaming commissions and officials, employees must include the thorough understanding of the Minimum Internal Control Standards based upon NIGC Regulations. * Recently federal legislation has been introduced to amend the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, by Senator Nighthorse Campbell from Colorado. It is imperative that all gaming commissions and tribal officials understand the relevant responsibilities this amendment proposed to place upon gaming officials, commissioners and facility managers. * This newly developed seminar from Montana & Associates will assist in creating solutions and problems that gaming & tribal officials, commissioners, board members and employees face on a daily basis.
