Course Description
Tribal Administration is one of the most important position within Indian Country today and requires a great expanse of knowledge in many different fields of endeavor. This course is designed to assist the Tribal Administrator in leadership and management skills to more efficiently and effectively administer tribal affairs.
Tribal Administration requires the management of employees for each and every tribe that requires the ability complete tasks on time and the most efficient resource conservation approach. Organizational goals and objectives must be developed and met to promote the general welfare of the tribe and it’s membership. This course is a must for every Tribal Administrator.
Without the required training many Tribal Administrators find themselves in a crisis management position and needed goals are not met or are completely abandoned. This course will offer the needed training to overcome the obstacles of a Tribal Administrator on a day-to-day basis.
