POSTED: April 4, 2014 The Supreme Court of the United States recently denied our Writ of Certiorari and consequently, and sadly the case is now over, as we have no other court that we can look to for relief. POSTED: February 28, 2014 The Plaintiff/Intervenor(s)have all filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States. If the Supreme Court accepts the writ, we will be able to aruge the matter to the Supreme Court sometime in the late Spring of this year. If the Supreme Court denies our writ we will have to review the case and decide if there are any other legal avenues for relief to exhaust. We will keep you informed.
